Some of us hate lugging laptops around (especially if you have a 17"!). Certainly you need to know your schedule, but does it change that drastically during the day? There is always your cell phone for contacting you if something urgent is required. If you are in meetings all day, I would say that laptops are a distraction more than an asset. It’s too tempting to check up on e-mail, instant messages, etc. PagePacker would allow you to pack and print your schedule, documents, images, etc (images or PDFs) neatly into a booklet that you can carry around, and would allow you to take notes – the analog way.
Simple, yet effective.
